Football team wins close second game
The football team defeated Liberty High School in the last 43 seconds of the game on Friday Oct. 8.
The Tigers won 24 – 21.
A week earlier, Fremont’s football team played an exciting game but ended up losing 21 – 20 against Clayton Valley High School.
The game was held on Oct. 1 at Curt Flood Field.
The team played without its kicker and was forced to go for the two-point conversion on all three of its touchdowns. The conversion was good on only one of the three touchdowns.
