Manzanarez loves to dye her hair

Bel Manzanarez is not like most other sophomores at Fremont High. She likes to dye her hair.

Manzanaez spoke about dying her hair during the interviews in Media Studies on Feb. 24.

“I just like the color of dying my hair ,” said Manzanarez.

Manzanarez’s mom dyes her hair. She wouldn’t try to dye it herself because it might not come how she wanted it to look. She has dyed her about 20 times or more in different colors.

Manzanarez would dye her hair in any color except natural color.

“ I doesn’t want it to be a natural color because then is no point of dying and is a waste of time,” she said.

The next color she would want would be purple.

“Dying hair shows a lot of creativity,” said Manzanarez.

Manzanarez’s first time on dying her hair was in the 7th grade. She started to dye it when a guy came up to her and wanted to dye her hair. Ever since then, dying hair has been an addiction. She would wait til the hair color fades then dye it again.

“I could never get bored of dying hair,” she said.
